Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, orders that are in stock and available for dispatch will be processed within 1–3 business days.
Most orders are delivered within 8–15 business days. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once an order has been shipped, any delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other external factors are outside of our control, and delivery may take slightly longer in some cases.

Delivery & Damaged Items

Customers are advised to carefully inspect all items upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing ensoren.vh@gmail.com with clear photographic evidence of the damage. For further information on how to proceed, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Order Cancellations & Returns

Orders may be cancelled within 14 calendar days of receiving the item in accordance with UK consumer law. Cancellation requests must be submitted to us in writing within this period.

If an order has already been dispatched and the cancellation is due to change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, provided this has been clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

If the item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, return shipping costs will be covered by us in line with statutory consumer rights.

Please note that refunds for change of mind are not accepted after 14 calendar days from delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
